• Selecting an outfit takes time, so please arrive as early as possible before your scheduled experience. • Pets are welcome, but must be crated indoors. • We offer rental of props such as handmade embroidered shoes in store. Rental fees vary from 80 to 200 depending on the item. Shoe rentals are not available on rainy days. • Basic rentals include a hairpin or fan. Free accessories are subject to availability. • We recommend arriving with your makeup done. A simple makeup self-service area is available for touch-ups and hairstyling. • We recommend bringing your own appropriate shoes such as closed-toe shoes to match the outfit. • Due to thresholds and other obstacles in the park buildings, it is best to change into high heels at the shooting location. • If clothing is damaged due to personal reasons, you will be required to pay compensation for the item’s value.
