- The Danish War Museum currently has limited accessibility, with no elevator access to the first floor, but visitors may bring their own wheelchair and improvements for guests with mobility difficulties are in progress
- Service dogs are welcome at the museum, but unfortunately other dogs are not
- Food may be consumed at the benches in the War Museum courtyard or in the cloakroom area
- For professional or commercial photography or video recording within the museum's buildings, areas, or of objects, prior approval from the museum is required. Additional charges may apply if extra personnel are needed
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
