- The Hunan Museum requires reservations 7 days in advance and is closed on Mondays. If closed, the tour will be changed to the Changsha Jian牘 Museum. The Hunan Museum implements a real-name reservation system. If reservations for the basic exhibition hall are unavailable, guests can make their own reservations for temporary special exhibitions (ticket 50 yuan/person, self-funded), or freely change to visit the Changsha Jian牘 Museum.
- To ensure your personal and property safety, it is recommended that you voluntarily purchase personal travel accident insurance before departure. Unless otherwise agreed, the scope of compensation for travel personal accident insurance does not include high-risk activities (high-risk activities include but are not limited to those noted in Article 3). If personal injury or property loss occurs during the trip, compensation procedures should be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the insurance company. Tourists should also carefully select goods in stores designated by the travel agency to ensure that the trademarks are complete and the quality is guaranteed, especially when purchasing goods worth more than 1,000 yuan. Shopping should be receipted. If a refund or exchange is required for purchased goods, it must be within the regulations of the shopping store and meet the store's requirements for returns and exchanges. The travel agency will assist in the return and exchange matters after providing a formal invoice, but you will be responsible for the resulting costs (the time for returns and exchanges is uncertain, note: it may take up to one year, and the refund will be returned to you after the store's refund arrives).

- During the free activity arrangements during the tour, pay attention to personal and property safety. The travel agency is not responsible for personal injury or property loss that occurs during free activities. Tourists should not take photos or play in dangerous places on seaside reefs, lakesides, or when climbing mountains. The travel agency is not responsible for personal injury or property loss caused thereby. Do not swim in non-swimming areas. Do not engage in activities alone at night. You should bear any consequences yourself.
- In the event of national policy adjustments or force majeure factors (such as typhoons, strikes, etc.), the resulting costs shall be borne by the tourists. Our company is not responsible for damages to tourists' personal or property rights due to delays or cancellations of public transportation such as trains, flights, and ships, as well as reasons attributable to third-party infringements, but will coordinate the handling.
