Important Reservation Policy:
15-Minute Hold: Your table will be held for 15 minutes maximum after your scheduled reservation time. Rescheduling: Changes to your booking must be made at least 2 hours before your original reservation time. Late Arrival Penalty: If you arrive later than the 15-minute window: Your prepaid credit of 300 per person will be forfeited. You’ll need to rejoin the waitlist for a new table (subject to availability). **If you booked 2 for 2 person, and have an additional person join in, you will have to pay for the additional person before you will be let in. ** so please book for the accurate amount of people.
Not allowed:
- No Wedding or professional photoshoot
- No live streaming to sell items
If you need to use the cafe for such purposes, please contact them directly as there is another rate for “location” fee.
Note: No exceptions apply. Plan accordingly to avoid losing your credit or reservation.
Please inform entrance staff of your booking number & name when you have arrived.
There will be no refunds if you do not claim your dine-in credit upon bill settlement.
