Program Introduction:
- Sichuan Opera Face-Changing and Bashu Fire-Spitting: Sichuan Opera Face-Changing is a unique skill in Sichuan opera performance where actors instantly change their facial expressions to reveal different masks. Bashu Fire-Spitting is one of the most exciting performances in Sichuan opera. The performer gathers energy in their dantian and with a slight movement of energy, they can spit out a pillar of fire.
- Chinese Kung Fu and Martial Arts Tea Art: Chinese Kung Fu, created and developed by the Chinese nation, has the functions of fitness, self-defense, protection, and defeating enemies. It is known as one of China's four national treasures and is popular among all ethnic groups. Martial Arts Tea Art is a combination of Chinese martial arts and tea culture, using a long-spouted teapot as a prop to bring a performance that is both ornamental and practical. It has risen from practicality to spectacle, and from technique to art.
- Erhu Solo and Long Silk Dance: The erhu is a famous Chinese stringed instrument with a rich and mellow tone, conveying the profound heritage of thousands of years of culture. At the Yuchao Fang Shibatidi store, you can enjoy exquisite erhu performances and feel the charm of traditional Chinese music. The long silk dance is combined with melodious music, and the actors bring a picturesque sensory feast with graceful dance moves.
- Shadow Puppetry and Pijin Rolling Lanterns: Shadow puppetry relies on light and shadow imaging. The performers use their hands and singing to complete the performance, creating various lifelike images through changes in gestures. Pijin Rolling Lanterns reveals the story of Pijin neglecting his work and being punished by his wife, rolling on the ground with a lamp on his head. The play integrates opera and programs with the acrobatic skills of head-top lanterns, performing various wonderful stunts on benches.
- Acrobatics Culture: Acrobatics takes skill as its core. It is a combination of rigidity and softness, strength and beauty, using props to perform various forms of performance, making incredible movements, but full of amazing beauty, giving people aesthetic enjoyment.
