- If the cable car stops due to a temporary power outage, excessive wind, or force majeure (fog, ice, heavy snow blocking the mountain, road closures, etc.) that prevents entry to the scenic area, resulting in itinerary delays, detentions, or inability to ascend the mountain, please understand that our agency is not responsible for any of these situations. - During winter, some road surfaces within the scenic area are icy, so visits to "Juebi Plank Road" and "Bitan Yougu" will not be possible.
- Snow viewing and playing are subject to weather conditions on the day. If there is no snow due to weather reasons, the travel agency is not responsible. During the Ice and Snow Festival, the scenic area is crowded, and guides cannot accompany the tour. Please gather punctually at the time and place specified by the guide.
- If guests do not participate in skiing, please feel free to engage in activities outside the ski resort. During free time, there will be no driver or guide service. Please pay attention to personal and property safety.
- During the winter, some road surfaces within the scenic area are icy. Please take adequate anti-slip measures and do not run or rush in the snow.
- During the peak season of the Ice and Snow Festival, long waiting times may occur due to the large number of tourists. Please understand and be prepared: Bring enough warm, windproof clothing and dry food.
