- For two-day tours including hotels, we arrange and price based on double occupancy. If your party has an odd number of travelers (e.g., 3, 5, or 7 people), you will need to pay a single supplement for the extra person. Please select the "Single Occupancy" package. Thank you.
- According to Japanese law, vehicles cannot be used for more than 10 hours. Therefore, the tour guide may adjust the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
- To ensure your smooth departure, please be sure to confirm the meeting point. Once confirmed, please avoid making temporary changes. If you fail to board the bus due to a change in the meeting point for personal reasons, we will not be able to provide a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please be aware that as this is a group tour, there may be guests who speak other languages traveling with you. Thank you for your understanding.
- Guests participating in hotel pick-up packages should wait outside the hotel lobby. Please refer to the email for specific pick-up times.
- We will send an email to guests between 20:00-21:00 the day before departure, informing them of the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check your email promptly. - We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a shared ride tour, seating is primarily allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seating for you. - As the journey is long, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above times are estimates only. - In the event of severe weather or other force majeure, the park may adjust the operating hours of rides or show times without prior notice, or even cancel the operation and performance of some projects. Thank you for your understanding.

- The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In the event of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the tour guide may, without reducing the attractions in the itinerary, reasonably adjust the order of the tour according to the actual situation and with the consent of the guests.
- Each guest can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Please note this in the "Special Requirements" section when placing your order. If you bring extra luggage temporarily without notifying us one day in advance, it may cause congestion in the carriage and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus, and the fee will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
- We will arrange different vehicle types according to the actual number of travelers. Specific vehicle types cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding.
- It is not allowed to leave the group early or leave the tour midway during group tours. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be deemed as a voluntary waiver, and no refund will be given. - Seasonal limited activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks displays, snow scenery viewing, hot spring season, and festival activities) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors. If we have not received official notification of cancellation of the event, we will arrange according to the original plan.
