What to expect
Edo-style Asakusa eel rice, first created in Tokyo. The origin restaurant of Asakusa eel rice, “Asakusa Tetsu”, carefully selects the eel and enjoys the delicious taste without wasting any bit of eel from beginning to end. Selected fresh live eels are cut, skewered and grilled by the store’s own craftsmen, all done by hand.
