📍 Reservation and Meeting Information

• This tour requires a minimum of 2 people per departure date to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified of the tour cancellation no later than 7 days before departure, and any unfulfilled bookings will be cancelled.
• Please arrive at the designated meeting location 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Late arrivals will be considered a “No Show” and are not eligible for a refund.
• All important notifications will be sent via Email. Please check your inbox regularly to avoid missing critical information.

🚗 Tour and Transportation Arrangements

• This is a shared day tour in Japan, and you will be joining other international travelers. Please adhere to the meeting time and group schedule.
• The vehicle type will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day. Specific vehicle requests cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic or weather conditions. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
• On-site staff will provide assistance in Chinese/English/Japanese/Korean. Specific language requests cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.

🧳 Luggage and Participation Requirements

• Participation is not recommended for infants under 2 years old or individuals with limited mobility. This tour does not provide infant car seats or accessibility facilities.
• If you need to bring large luggage or have time constraints, please indicate this when booking, and we will assist with arrangements where possible.
• The tour includes stops at souvenir shops and supermarkets. Some shops may not accept credit cards, so it is recommended to have Japanese Yen in cash for purchases.
