Notes

• Due to closures of each facility or restrictions on viewing hours, arrival at the next tourist spot may be earlier than scheduled, or the tour may end earlier than scheduled. Please note in advance.
• Please note that the itinerary may be changed due to traffic congestion or bad weather.
• Due to natural disasters or abnormal weather, this tour may be canceled. In that case, please be sure to check the operation status.
• The viewing time of each tourist spot will be determined by road conditions and the number of participants on the day.
• If you are late for the meeting time due to traffic conditions and are unable to join the tour, it will be considered a cancellation due to your convenience and no refund will be made.
• If you leave the tour midway for personal reasons, no refund will be made.
• During spring break, consecutive holidays, and Chinese New Year, the end time of the tour may be later than scheduled due to road congestion. In addition, even if the return time is delayed due to other unavoidable circumstances and you need to use a taxi or stay overnight, we will not cover the cost.
• Seats on the bus cannot be reserved. Please note that smoking is prohibited on the bus and there are no toilets.
• Eating and drinking are prohibited on the bus (only room temperature water is permitted). We strongly recommend that you have breakfast before joining the tour. If the bus company finds that the seats are dirty, they may charge you a cleaning fee.
• If the ropeway is out of service, the destination will be changed to "Aquaignis Hot Spring Resort" and 1,000 yen per person will be refunded after the tour ends.
• The temperature on Mt. Gozaisho in winter is low and can drop below 0°C, so please take sufficient measures to protect yourself from the cold.
