The package we booked is for transportation back and forth to the hotel, and the admission was free, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the stunning, magical Christmas vibes of the park. From dazzling decorations to enchanting holiday performances, the festive atmosphere was truly unforgettable. What made this trip even more remarkable was the outstanding service from the staff. I accidentally boarded the wrong bus, but the person in charge went above and beyond to reach out to me, guide me back on track, and ensure I safely returned to my hotel at the end of the day. Their dedication and attentiveness turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. This trip was not just about the incredible sights and festive activities but also about feeling genuinely cared for by the team organizing it. advertised as land of legends night show but no show on, took 3 hours round trip plus 3 hours at the park just waiting for a show that never happened. false advertising. Should have written just transfer to land of legends not night show. waste of valuable time

this trip is cancelled because of raining on that day. I ask provider about the refund and they do so after 4 days they refunded to my bank account. Not like the Hot air baloon in cappadocia provider..they just do nothing about the payment we paid even has charged to our card. U must contact klook and extra work to do..even klook also ask from you the provider details 😅 and need few days to come back. I hope to get my money back soon and not been scam from the hot air ballon provider. fyi no hot air ballon fly this week because bad weather at cappadocia
