- Basically, ski equipment rental does not require a reservation. However, if the size you need is not available on site, you may need to wait on site. Thank you for your understanding.
- Other ski equipment such as gloves, goggles, beanies, and helmets are recommended to be brought by yourself or rented or purchased separately on site.
- Ski equipment available for rent: Snowboards: 140cm～160cm Twin-tip skis: 160cm～180cm Boots: 23cm～28cm Ski wear: S, M, L
- If you rent from a ski equipment rental shop other than the designated one, you will not be entitled to the ski equipment rental service provided by this product. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you require sizes other than those listed above, there will be an additional fee (payable on site). The fee will vary depending on the ski equipment rental shop you use. Thank you for your understanding.
- Ski equipment rental for elementary school students and younger is not included in the discounted price. You will need to pay and rent separately at the ski equipment rental shop on site. Thank you for your understanding (reservation not available/on-site payment).
★ Chinese Ski Instructor Service ★ 《Notes》 ・For guests who require an instructor, please make a reservation together with your registration in order to streamline the reservation process. ・Please note that ski instructor reservations are only available for groups of 2 or more. ・Please note that the number of ski instructors is limited, so it is possible that arrangements cannot be made after booking during the snow season. Thank you for your understanding. ・Please provide the following information when making a reservation: reservation name, reservation number (for our Ryuoo Ski Park product), desired teaching content (snowboard/twin-tip skis), and previous skiing experience. ・If we are unable to arrange an instructor for you, we will notify you and process the relevant refund procedures. ・After the reservation is completed and before departure, we will notify you of the WeChat account of the ski school. Please be sure to contact the school in advance. ・Before the start of the ski lesson, please complete the relevant preparations such as changing equipment. Please note that if you do not complete the preparations, it will take up class time to change equipment.
