- Pick-up service range: We provide free pick-up service for customers within the third ring road of Chengdu. If you need to go to places outside these areas, additional fees will be incurred. The specific amount will be communicated and confirmed by our customer service after the order is confirmed.
Schedule: The standard departure is around 9 o’clock. The trip usually ends around 5 o’clock and you are sent back to the hotel. But your needs are the most important, and the time can be adjusted flexibly. After booking, you can negotiate the best departure time with customer service. During peak holidays, it is recommended to depart early to avoid crowds and enjoy a more comfortable journey.
Service time reminder: Please note that our overall service time is controlled at about 8 hours. If you exceed the time, please pay the overtime fee. We will communicate and confirm the specific details with you in advance.
