- Pick-up and Drop-off Service Area: We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off service for customers within the 3rd Ring Road of Chengdu. If you require transportation to areas outside of this zone, additional charges will apply. The exact amount will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service team after your order is confirmed.
- Schedule: Standard departure times are around 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 2:00 PM. The tour generally ends around 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 6:00 PM, at which time we will drop you off back at your hotel. However, your needs are our priority. Time adjustments are flexible, and you can discuss the best departure time with our customer service team after booking. During peak holiday periods, we recommend departing earlier to avoid crowds and enjoy a more comfortable journey.
- Service Duration Reminder: Please note that our overall service duration is controlled to approximately 4 hours. If the service exceeds this time, overtime charges will apply. We will communicate and confirm specific details with you in advance.
