JOYPOLIS SPORTS is a new brand line created by CA SEGA JOYPOLIS. A renowned Japanese brand with technological sports games for a unique interactive experience, the first overseas flagship will open at Kai Tak Sports Park, Hong Kong in December 2024. Aims to provide "Sports for All Generations“ and SPORTS & FUN, ALL IN ONE! Covering nearly 30,000 square feet with dozens of attractions games. Located on the top floor (4/F) of JOYPOLIS SPORTS Hong Kong inside Kai Tak Sports Park, the restaurant spans over 10,000 sq. ft. and features a spectacular 270-degree semi-open view overlooking the iconic Kai Tak Main Stadium — a vibrant atmosphere by day or night.

- Advance booking guarantees smooth entry. All individuals entering JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG must hold a valid ticket
- Everyone entering JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG must hold a valid ticket.
- To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time for registration and entry. If you are late, the session time will not be extended. Please plan your arrival accordingly to enjoy your visit
- Participants must wear grip socks for designated experiences. For safety reasons, on-site staff have the authority to determine whether socks are appropriate. Grip socks can be purchased on-site for HKD 30 and can be reused
- JPS Pass: Children aged 3 or under can enter for free. Some facilities in the Future Arena and Ninja Dojo are not suitable for children aged 3 or under
- If your entry wrist band is damaged or lost, please seek assistance from on-site staff immediately
- Always supervise accompanying children and care for any elderly companions
- Individuals aged 12 to 17 can enter the park without being accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above, but they are not allowed to supervise anyone aged 17 or below. Visitors must present valid identification upon request by staff
- Everyone entering JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG must sign a liability waiver provided on-site for entry. The waiver for individuals below aged 18 must be signed by an adult on their behalf
- Certain attractions have height restrictions. Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older who has purchased a ticket. Each adult can accompany a maximum of two children aged 11 or below
- JPS Pass is only valid on the specified date indicated on the respective tickets. Sold tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled
- Some facilities may be temporarily suspended or closed due to maintenance, upkeep, weather, or other uncontrollable factors without prior notice. We do not provide refunds (including partial or full refunds) for any facilities that are suspended or closed for these reasons
- To avoid any contamination and other risk exposure, outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed except for baby food. No food and drinks are allowed within the play area
- Pets, dangerous goods, electric scooters, flash photography, etc. are not allowed
- Orders are non-cancelable, non-refundable, and non-changeable
- JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG will suspend operations during typhoon No. 8 or above and black rainstorm warning signals
