- 5-seater vehicle: Toyota Camry or similar. If no child seat is used, it can carry a maximum of 4 passengers (including children) + 2 standard-sized luggage.
- 7-seater vehicle: Toyota Sienna or similar. If no child seat is used, it can carry a maximum of 6 passengers (including children) + 2 standard-sized luggage.
- Luggage details: "Standard luggage size: 36 cm x 25 cm x 53 cm. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces. If the maximum number of passengers or luggage capacity is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for the resulting costs if boarding is not possible.
- Important Notes
- The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours, or 8 hours if the starting or ending location is in a different city. Service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. We recommend arranging your departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions.
- If the service exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of USD 50 per hour for vehicle types with fewer than 10 seats will be charged directly to the driver.
- Departure time can be arranged according to passenger needs. Please note: The driver will only speak Chinese or English, or use translation software to communicate in English.
- Children and infants occupy the same seat as adults. A child safety seat occupies approximately 1.5 adult seats. The supplier can provide up to 1 child safety seat. If you need to use it, please pay the child seat fee when booking.
- The supplier will send you the driver's information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the car is used). Please pay attention to this information.
- Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
- The pick-up and drop-off locations are both hotels or B&Bs in the San Francisco city area (intercity pick-up and drop-off will allow the driver to have extra time or pay additional fees as the actual situation)
