Special Reminders:

1. The gathering day (Day 1) is a free activity and not part of the official itinerary. Therefore, insurance is not included on the gathering day. Please pay attention to your personal and property safety during free activities.
2. The water and electricity supply in Tibetan areas is insufficient, and power outages may occur occasionally. Please bring your own wet wipes and flashlights. The shower water temperature may be unstable, or water outages may occur during showers, so shower quickly. It is best to shower after fully acclimating to the Tibetan area.
3. Travel photography is a complimentary service. No refunds will be given if shooting cannot be done due to weather or personal reasons. Your understanding is appreciated.
4. Hot springs are offered for guests staying at hotels in Moxi Town. It is recommended to prepare swimwear in advance.
5. If the Balang Shengdu viewing platform is closed, we will forgo the visit, please be aware! We apologize if we miss the sunset at Balang Shengdu due to weather, traffic control, or traffic jams.

Registration Must-Read:

1. About Registration: Those with infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, mental illness, severe anemia, patients recovering from major or medium surgery, those with limited mobility, pregnant women, and others unsuitable for travel should not register. Those registering on behalf of others should also verify the health status of the person they are registering. If the registrant or someone registering on their behalf conceals their health condition, they will be responsible for the consequences.
2. About Accommodation: We provide cost-effective accommodation for our team members. Nevertheless, team members should be fully prepared. Western Sichuan is sparsely populated, and basic infrastructure is limited. Most hotels along the route are not star-rated. Due to being in a high-altitude area, water and electricity resources are scarce, and water and electricity outages may occur. Please prepare a flashlight in advance and be prepared not to shower, wash your hair, or wash your face. Particularly clean team members can bring a sleeping bag liner for emergencies.
3. About Seats: The first seat on the left is for the driver, and the others are ordinary seats. Please choose your own seat after boarding. For long-distance travel in high-altitude areas, please be considerate of each other.
4. Force Majeure: (1) If the contract cannot be fulfilled and the trip changes due to force majeure factors (such as landslides, mudslides, road and bridge damage, flight delays, national policies, war, plague, traffic control, traffic jams, etc.), our company will not be liable for relevant compensation; (2) Team members are responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred as a result; (3) Our company will refund team members for any expenses reduced or not incurred truthfully.

Ticket Discount Instructions:

If you hold special documents such as an elderly card, military officer card, soldier card, veteran preferential treatment card, disability certificate, student ID, national journalist card, etc., or are a citizen of Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Shaoxing, Huzhou, Jiaxing, Jinhua, or Taizhou, please present the relevant documents to our staff at the time of registration so that we can purchase discounted tickets in advance (if not provided, full-price tickets will be purchased).
