- Pick-up and Drop-off Service Area: We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services for customers located within the following boundaries: East to Hangzhou East Railway Station; South to the intersection of Fuxing Road and Zihua Road; West to Gudang Bus Station; North to Dengyun Road. This excludes areas such as Xiasha, Linping, Binjiang, and Xiaoshan. If you require transportation to areas outside of these boundaries, additional charges will apply. The specific amount will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service team after your order is confirmed.
Schedule: Standard departure is around 9:00 AM. The tour typically concludes around 5:00 PM, and we will return you to your hotel. However, your needs are our priority, and the schedule is flexible. You can discuss the optimal departure time with our customer service team after booking. During peak holiday periods, we recommend departing earlier to avoid crowds and enjoy a more relaxing journey.
Service Duration Reminder: Please note that our overall service duration is limited to approximately 8 hours. If the service exceeds this time, an overtime fee will be applied. We will communicate and confirm the specific details with you in advance.
