- Pick-up service range: We provide free pick-up service to customers in areas other than Hangzhou East Railway Station in the east, Fuxing Road and Zihua Road in the south, Gudang Bus Station in the west, and Dengyun Road in the north. Customers excluding Xiasha, Linping, Binjiang, Xiaoshan, etc. will be charged extra fees if they need to go to places outside these areas. The specific amount will be communicated and confirmed by our customer service after the order is confirmed.
Time arrangement: The standard departure time is around 9 o’clock. The trip usually ends around 1 o’clock in the afternoon and you are sent back to the hotel. But your needs are the most important, and the time can be adjusted flexibly. After booking, you can negotiate the best departure time with the customer service. During peak holidays, it is recommended to depart early to avoid crowds and enjoy a more comfortable journey.
