- The tour guide will contact you proactively the day before the tour. Please keep your mobile phone accessible. If you are on a plane or cruise ship the day before the tour, please inform us promptly, and we will contact you in advance.
- Temporary security checks may occur during the tour. Therefore, tour vehicles do not allow passengers to bring luggage of any size. Backpacks and crossbody bags are allowed. If necessary, please leave your luggage at the hotel front desk or at our company's office (Monday to Sunday, 9:00am-6:00pm).
- The local travel agency has the right to adjust the order of visiting attractions and passing cities due to the actual situation on the day of departure (tour schedule, weather, traffic, or other objective factors). It is not recommended for tourists to leave the group early. Losses caused by personal reasons such as early departure from the group will be borne by the tourists themselves. The paid tour fee will not be refunded, nor will it be compensated with other services.
- Ticket prices are for reference only and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Each tour group must have at least one adult over the age of 18. Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle under any circumstances.
- For long weekend holidays such as New Year's Day, National Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, we will contact you when confirming the order if there are temporary adjustments to hotel prices.
- All mandatory fees are packaged fees. If attractions included are not operating on the day of the tour, alternative attractions will be arranged. The fee will not be changed; if there are no alternative attractions, a refund for the corresponding attraction will be arranged.
- Passengers in the same room cannot be arranged to board at different pick-up points. Thank you for your understanding and awareness.
- Service fees are calculated by the number of days. Pick-up, self-check-in at the hotel (except in Los Angeles), free travel, or early departure of guests all require payment. Please be aware and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Tour participants are required to purchase tickets from the tour guide with the group and cannot bring their own tickets or use City Passes. Ticket prices are subject to the prices of the attractions on the day. If tourists insist on using their own tickets, the local travel agency will no longer provide transportation, tour guide, and other services for the day.
- Due to vehicle scheduling needs, some vehicle types require children under 8 years old to use car seats. The local travel agency provides rental services at a rental fee of $10/person/day. If there are children under 8 years old participating in the tour, please be sure to note this when placing the order or inform customer service.
- Please pay the driver and tour guide service fee of $15/person on the tour.
