Activity Description:

• 【Group Formation】Guaranteed departure with 2 people, capped at 10 people per team, with a driver and guide throughout the entire journey.

Special Reminders:

1. The assembly day (Day 1) is a free activity and not part of the official itinerary. Therefore, insurance is not included on the assembly day. Please pay attention to personal and property safety during free activities.
2. Water and electricity supply in Tibetan areas is insufficient, and occasional power and water outages may occur. Please bring your own wet wipes and flashlight. Unstable shower water temperatures or water outages during showers may occur, so shower quickly and preferably after fully acclimatizing to the Tibetan area before showering.
3. Travel photography is a complimentary item. If shooting is not possible due to weather or personal reasons, no refund will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
4. If the Balang Shengdu Viewing Platform is closed, we will forgo the visit. Please be aware!
5. If S434 Airport Road (Honghaizi) is impassable due to traffic control or congestion, we will take the G318 (Zheduo Mountain) route instead.

Registration Must-Read:

1. About Registration: People with infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, patients recovering from major or medium-sized surgery, those with mobility impairments, pregnant women, and others who are not suitable for travel, please do not register. Those who register on behalf of others should also verify the health status of the person being registered for. If the registrant or the person registering on behalf of others conceals their health condition, they shall bear the consequences themselves.
2. About Accommodation: We provide team members with cost-effective accommodation. Nevertheless, team members should be fully prepared. Western Sichuan is sparsely populated with limited infrastructure. Most hotels along the route are not star-rated. Due to being in a plateau area, water and electricity resources are scarce, and water and electricity outages may occur sometimes. Please prepare a flashlight in advance and be prepared not to shower, wash your hair, or wash your face. Particularly clean team members can bring a sleeping bag liner for emergencies.
3. About Seats: The first seat on the left is for the driver, and the others are ordinary seats. Please choose your own seat after getting on the bus. Please be considerate of each other during long plateau trips.
4. Force Majeure: (1) Our company is not liable for compensation if the contract cannot be performed or the trip changes due to force majeure factors (such as landslides, mudslides, road and bridge destruction, flight delays, national policies, wars, plagues, traffic control, traffic jams, etc.). (2) Any additional travel expenses incurred as a result shall be borne by the team members themselves. (3) The company will refund team members any reduced or unspent expenses truthfully.

Ticket Discount Instructions:

If you hold special certificates such as an elderly card, military officer card, soldier card, veteran preferential treatment card, disability certificate, student ID card, national journalist card, etc., or are citizens of Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Shaoxing, Huzhou, Jiaxing, Jinhua, or Taizhou, please show the relevant certificates to our staff when registering so that our company can purchase discounted tickets in advance (if not provided, full-price tickets will be purchased). Since the scenic spot tickets included in the travel agency are group discount tickets [Daocheng Yading tickets are calculated at 70 yuan/person, Siguniang Mountain Shuangqiaogou tickets are calculated at 30 yuan/person, Litang (Letong Ancient Town, Qianhu Tibetan Village) tickets and sightseeing car are calculated at 35 yuan/person, and Moshicheng Park tickets are calculated at 30 yuan/person], the discount reduction is refunded at the travel agency's discount price, and not at the scenic spot's listed price.
