- Seats are randomly assigned and cannot be guaranteed to be together. Ticketing time is subject to actual conditions and will be completed the afternoon before departure. Please pay attention to this.
- Due to the special nature of the itinerary, please provide photos of the corresponding documents via customer service WeChat after registration. If you cannot provide them in time, a return seat cannot be provided, meaning the return trip will be a standing ticket.
- The extra train C9468 to Songpan Station from Jiuzhaigou will not be available. It is not possible to purchase direct tickets from Jiuzhaigou to Songpan Station. You can only make a reservation by entering your ID card information. On-site purchases are also not possible. If the guest insists on taking the 19:56 train, please add a car fee for a separate transfer to the station. Only train tickets for 20:30 and 21:30 from Huanglong Jiuzhai Station can be issued.
- The Huanglong sightseeing bus is limited to 5,000 people per day by the scenic area, so this fee is not included. If you need to book a sightseeing bus, please inform customer service staff at least 15 days in advance to check availability.
- This itinerary has the risk of not forming a group. If the trip cannot proceed due to the number of participants not meeting the group standard, we will communicate with you as soon as possible to adjust the plan. Thank you for your understanding and support.
- Regarding accommodation: The default arrangement is a hotel twin room, one room for two adults. This itinerary does not allow for room sharing. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase one "single room supplement." A single traveler will be arranged a separate room. If 3 adults are traveling, purchase an additional "single room supplement" and we will arrange two rooms for you. If you need a king-size bed, please indicate this when placing your order.
- Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou are located in high-altitude areas. If you feel any discomfort, please contact the tour guide or driver.
- Note: The group price already enjoys special policy discounts on scenic spot tickets, so other discounts will not be repeated.
- Since the tickets are issued uniformly by the system, it is not possible to choose seats on the bullet train, please be aware of this.
- Staff will contact you 1 day before your departure to inform you of the pick-up method. Please keep your mobile phone unblocked. If you have not been contacted under special circumstances, please contact our staff/contact the merchant.
- Please be sure to bring your ID documents with you before departure. The scenic spot uses ID card verification for entry.
- In order to ensure the quality of the trip, the hotel does not accept extra beds or triple rooms. Single guests please pay for the single room supplement.
- Hotels in Jiuzhaigou advocate environmental protection and do not provide disposable toiletries. It is recommended that guests bring their own toiletries.
- The route is along a plateau, and traffic control is implemented on some sections, which are prone to traffic jams. It is recommended to book return transportation for the next day to avoid unnecessary losses.
- On the day of return, the hotel check-out time is before 12:00 noon. Tourists who need to extend their rest should contact the hotel front desk to understand the situation, and please check out according to the hotel's requirements. After check-out, you can wait for the travel agency's staff to take you to the station in the hotel lobby. Large luggage can be stored at the hotel front desk, and please take care of your valuables yourself.
