Cairo 2 Days Black and White Desert Camp Star Watching, 4WD w/ BBQ

To all Koreans! We had a very safe and fun trip! The guides were very kind! I was nervous about the unfamiliar environment in Egypt, but the entire schedule was comfortable! Lunch, dinner, and breakfast are provided, and even though I didn't shower before bed, it wasn't too uncomfortable, probably because it was dry! The desert was great, sandboarding was great, and seeing the stars made for a peaceful 2-day, 1-night trip! It was my first time in the desert, and it was so much fun and wonderful! I didn't bring a swimsuit because I thought the water might be dirty, but it would have been better to just bring extra clothes and go in once. Preparations: lots of water, snacks like crackers or jelly, motion sickness medicine for those who get motion sickness, and a swimsuit.

We had an incredible time from start to finish, everything was so well organized and smooth. Our tour guide Mohamed was not only super friendly and knowledgeable but also truly passionate about the desert and knew the best spots to make sure we didn’t miss anything. The experience feel personal and memorable, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The views were absolutely breathtaking — black dunes and white rocks stretching as far as the eye could see, peaceful silence under the sun, and then the starts, such a magical sunset that we’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure filled with stunning scenery, warm hospitality, and unforgettable moments, this is the tour to book. Highly recommended!

Since it was the off-season, it was just me and one couple, making a total of three people. Although it was hot during the day, the longer daylight hours allowed us to enjoy ourselves at a leisurely pace. As the sun set, it became cooler, and we were able to gaze at the starry sky to our heart's content. Our guide was professional and efficiently prepared our camp and meals, while also looking after us. It was truly a wonderful experience. If you don't mind getting a bit sandy, I highly recommend it!

Will I ever get to experience exploring the desert again, camping out and gazing at the stars while lying down in the sand? It was a truly indescribable and breathtaking experience. The guide was so kind and took us to many great spots, and especially, they cooked delicious meals! It was hot and tiring, but I got the best, unforgettable photos of my life. I'm truly satisfied!

If you come to Cairo, you must join the Black and White Desert camping tour, it's extremely impressive. Only this itinerary allows you to deeply understand the Sahara Desert and the characteristics of the Black and White Deserts. The whole activity is very interesting and wonderful. The four of us are very satisfied. Roasted chicken is a classic during camping, and the driver and guide's service is also considerate and meticulous, with a focus on protecting the desert environment. And stargazing at night is also very distinctive. The whole trip is flawless, absolutely perfect. You will regret it if you don't experience it.

Itinerary: We were picked up around 6 AM and arrived in the desert after 11 AM. There were rest stops along the way, and plenty of time to take photos and explore at each attraction. Attractions: The scenery was truly beautiful, including the sunset, the stars at night, the sunrise, the Black and White Deserts, and Crystal Mountain. It's really worth visiting. Tour Guide: Mohammed was great. He drove safely and took us to picturesque spots. He also cooked us a delicious dinner. Eating grilled chicken in the desert was especially delightful. Highly recommended!

10/10 experience. the guides are great, food is decent. You will see why it is called the milky way and why Egyptians are so into stars. the friends you'll make from all over the world is so precious too.

this is one of the best life experience I’ve ever had,sleeping in the desert and watching the stars, Mohammad is a great guide, he is relatable and trust worthy! it’s a magic that he can cook a wonderful meal for us. we went on summer time so be ready for the heat. the white desert is amazing !!

My friend says it's the best tour of their life :-) Mohammed was very kind and tried to accommodate our needs. The black and white desert, sandboarding in the desert, and camping under the stars were all very special experiences! The BBQ for dinner was also very delicious. I was worried about the bathrooms and poor sleeping arrangements mentioned in other reviews, but I think those are things you have to give up if you want to fully experience the natural environment. Sensitive people should come prepared!
