Up to five devices can be connected, so you can connect all your devices or share your connection with your friends. And when you get back, all you have to do is drop it off. About this product

  • For same-day booking, please book at least 4 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
  • Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
  • Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service

Usage reminder

  • This device is capped at 500MB data at 4G speeds per day. Once you’ve exceeded your daily volume allocation, internet browsing speeds will drop to 3.1mbps (3G). 4G speeds will return at 00:00 local time daily

  • There is a minimum 3 day charge. If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price for the extra days when you return the device
  • This particular service is provided in certain European regions

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time

Drop Off/Return Information

  • Deposit is refunded after the device is returned
  • Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
  • Any fees incurred from late returns or uninsured lost/damaged devices will be deducted from the deposit. An extra fee will be charged if the deposit is insufficient
  • Return the device to your selected drop off point
  • For Non-Malaysian passport holders, you will be refunded the full MYR350 deposit within 7 working days should everything be in order
  • Please note that the pick up and drop off days are inclusive in the booking period, any extra days will be charged at the original retail price of MYR15 per day

Surcharges

  • Additional Days: MYR15 per day
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: MYR350 each
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: MYR15 each
  • Exterior scratches or damage: MYR250 each

Cancellation policy

  • No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
