- Please be sure to provide the identity information of all travelers when placing your order so that we can help you book boat and bamboo raft tickets. You will need to present identification before boarding.
- Please be sure to leave a contact method. Accommodations for a 3-person group will be in a triple room or with an extra bed. Accommodations for a 5-person group will be in 1 standard room + 1 triple room (or with an extra bed).
- On the first day, pick-up will be from hotels in the downtown area of Guilin, around 7:45 AM. Customer service and the driver will contact you in advance.
- Yulong River bamboo raft tickets can only be purchased on the online platform before 8:00 PM the day before departure, and the specific pier cannot be specified. Usually, one of the following four piers is selected: Shui'edi, Fuli Bridge, Jinlong Bridge, or Jima.
- During major holidays such as Labor Day (May 1st) and National Day (October 1st), the queuing time at the Yulong River bamboo raft pier and Xingping pier is very long. To ensure your travel experience, our customer service will coordinate the order and time of your itinerary with you after you book.
- If the Li River rises or the water volume is insufficient, the cruise company will suspend sailing, and we will inform you in advance.
- The Chinese-speaking driver only provides pick-up and drop-off services and assistance with purchasing tickets, and cannot accompany you into the scenic area for sightseeing. If you need a Chinese-English tour guide, please consult customer service and book separately.
- If you are satisfied with the driver's service, you can voluntarily give a tip after the trip to express your encouragement and support for the driver's hard work.
