What to expect
Only a 45 minute drive from the centre of Sydney, you’ll explore the oyster heartland of Sydney, the Hawkesbury River. Discover the individual characteristics of the local Sydney Rock Oyster, the creamy Pacific Oyster and our very own seafood treasure, the Akoya pearl oyster in a guided tasting. We demonstrate the technique of shucking around the harvest table so you can enjoy oysters fresh from the shell at home. Cruise the scenic waters of the Hawkesbury River out to our saltwater paddocks.
