One-day tour to the Tsuchiura National Fireworks Competition

Please understand that the itinerary and schedule may be adjusted due to traffic control during the fireworks display. Due to the large crowds at the fireworks display, it is not recommended for the elderly, young children, or pregnant women to participate in the tour.

• If the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not met, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 4 days prior to departure.
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made on whether to cancel the tour by 18:00 (local time) the day before departure, and you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring your own warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for that evening. We apologize for any delays.
• Our company is not responsible for and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, or inability to participate in the tour or poor-quality photos of scenery. Thank you for your understanding.
• The itinerary or duration of stay at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion or facility maintenance. Please inform those concerned.
• The company will not provide refunds to customers who abandon the tour midway for personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be transferred to other departures or joined midway, you will be responsible for any losses incurred due to your own reasons for not participating in the day tour. • This tour only provides guidance in Chinese or Japanese. If you require an English-speaking guide, please indicate this when placing your order. We will arrange this if possible, but it is not guaranteed. If no request is made, a Chinese-speaking guide will be assigned by default. Thank you for your understanding.
• Children under 3 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket, and a note must be made when ordering.
• Type of vehicle used: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. For small group tours, a driver will also serve as an attendant to provide tour services throughout the tour. A tour leader will not be dispatched separately. Thank you for your understanding.
• Due to the large crowds during the fireworks season, there is a possibility of severe traffic jams. We recommend bringing your own snacks.
• After the tour departs, if the tour is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, a refund will be issued for the unfulfilled itinerary based on the actual costs incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the traveler.
• Day tours do not include personal travel or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers.
