• Please ensure that your communication software is available during your trip to Japan. No refunds will be given for cancellations or lateness due to being unable to contact you. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. In the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel will be made one day prior to departure and you will be notified by email.
• We recommend wearing light clothing and shoes, and bringing warm clothing and rain gear as needed.
• The itinerary is for reference only. Traffic conditions are uncontrollable, so please avoid scheduling other activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
• Our company will not provide refunds or rescheduling due to force majeure factors such as transportation or weather that prevent participation or affect the scenery. Thank you for your understanding. The itinerary or duration of stay at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic or facility maintenance. No refunds will be given if you abandon the itinerary for personal reasons during the trip.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. The tour does not offer intermediate transfers or joining points. You are responsible for any losses incurred due to lateness or failure to participate.
• If children under the age of 3 require a seat, they must purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult and make a reservation in advance.
• Please note the following when using hot springs in Japan: Shower and thoroughly wash your body before entering the hot spring. Most hot springs require nude bathing and prohibit swimwear. Towels should not be placed in the pool, but usually on the head or outside the pool. Tattoos may be considered taboo, so please confirm or cover them beforehand. Do not play or swim in the hot spring pool, and keep quiet. Rinse your body after the hot spring to avoid dry skin. Avoid using hot springs after drinking alcohol or eating a large meal.
