Nice place except no explicit guidelines when booking private room until you get there and found out no more rooms to be booked.

It was extremely easy to pick up the voucher at the airport. It was a really fun experience being able to take photos in the yukatas, enjoy the foot bath with your friends, and the onsen itself. Definitely recommend coming here!

This is more than just a place. It's an experience. I have no pictures of myself because I was already a mess when I got there. Besides the long walk from one station to another, from this platform to the next, I got lost 2x. I was already thinking of either going back to the hotel or going somewhere else. But I'm glad I stuck with the original plan. I've never felt so at ease around unfamiliar groups of people and dating couples. My favorite, no doubt! Though, I still wish I took a selfie in a yukata, then explored Odaiba after.

A very traditional Japanese Onsen. Wear a yukata and experience a festival like atmosphere. There is so much food to try on, but most of the activity needs an additional payment. Be ready to see those naked body on the hot springs.

Awesome place ... food items were there , bath and all the facilities ... hairbrushes towels , hairdryers, shower amenities and toothbrushes.. all the facilities were there .. Including hair bands as well. I loved this place ... it’s worth buying it. I’m definitely coming again .

This was an amazing experience. The onsen itself is huge and has many other things inside apart from baths. It has food and games, very festive and atmospheric. There are extra packages for sauna and massage experiences as well. You can easily spend a whole day there with the family!

Now, this is the most relaxing activity we've ever had! And we enjoyed it! This was also our first time to be in an Onsen. Got to soak ourselves in hot water - relieving feeling it gave us. There are also food stalls and souvenir shops inside. We got to sit on the mat while we were eating our lunch. Very recommended indeed. We will still go back here if time permits to visit Japan once again! THANKS, KLOOK!

We LOVE coming to this Onsen theme park! The area of Odaiba is nice to explore - very spacious; not too many people; lots of things to see, do and eat! Then coming to this onsen to relax, eat some more, take a bath in the onsen waters, perhaps get a massage, eat some more ...it's our perfect way to chill out and get pampered! High recommendations!

Receiving the ticket from Klook at the airport was fast and easy. The overall experience was great and relaxing; after picking your yukata, you can relax and enjoy good food in the great hall and you also get to pick the onsen of your choice. There are also a lot of relaxation rooms available where families can get to enjoy the amenities.

Amazing place. They have so many baths to try and also an ionized sauna and misty steam room. I felt so relaxed after coming here. Totally worth it as you get to wear a traditional Yukata in a beautiful place with very nice scenery. They provide everything from yukata, shampoo (shisheido), creams, and hairbrush. The only uncomfortable aspect will be to walk around naked in the bath area at first but after a while you'll get used to it.
