- 【Important Notice】When boarding the Icebreaker "Garinko GO Ⅲ・IMERU," you will need to provide your passport number. Please be sure to bring your passport on the day or write down your passport number in advance. Staff will ask you for your passport number on the day. If you cannot provide your passport number, you will not be able to board. Thank you for your understanding.
- As drift ice is a natural phenomenon, the viewing time is difficult to predict and cannot be guaranteed, but it is usually more common from late January to early March. Drift ice viewing may be affected by weather or landing conditions and may not be viewable. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please note that penguin walks cannot be viewed on this tour due to arrival time constraints.
- Please note that only 【Japanese service】 is provided, and translation machine service is available for languages other than Japanese. The bus guide will not accompany you, but there will be Japanese-speaking staff on the bus.
- A friendly reminder that traffic jams are common on weekends and holidays. Japanese law stipulates that bus drivers' working hours cannot be exceeded, so the time spent at attractions will be adjusted appropriately according to the road conditions on the day. Thank you for your understanding.

- If the Garinko icebreaker cruise is canceled due to weather or other reasons: Adults will be refunded 5,000 yen/children 4,000 yen, and an alternative visit to the Okhotsk Drift Ice Science Center "Giza" will be arranged.
- If it is not possible to go to Monbetsu due to road conditions: Adults will be refunded 5,000 yen / children 4,000 yen, and an alternative visit to the Sounkyo Ice Waterfall Festival will be arranged (including the entrance fee to the Sounkyo Ice Waterfall Festival).
- This product does not include meals. Please have lunch at Asahiyama Zoo at your own expense. You can purchase an Okhotsk Sea seafood bento (crab bento or crab and salmon roe bowl bento) for dinner. Relevant information will be provided on the day, at your own expense.
- The buses and crew members for the round trip may change due to bus operation adjustments.
- You cannot get off at the hotel where you boarded the bus.
