- This itinerary does not include any meals.
- To reach Takachiho Gorge from the parking lot, it requires approximately 40 minutes of walking round trip. It is not recommended for the elderly, pregnant women, people with heart conditions, or those with limited mobility.
- Vehicle type: Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of people. For small group tours, a driver will also serve as a tour guide to provide full tour services throughout the trip. No additional tour leader will be assigned. Please be aware that the driver-guide will primarily focus on driving and provide explanations as a supplement.
- According to Japanese law, the vehicle's usage time cannot exceed 10 hours. Therefore, the tour guide may adjust the itinerary based on the actual situation of the day.
- Since this tour is a shared tour, seating arrangements are mainly based on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please inform us in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seats for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day.
- As this is a group tour, there may be guests of other languages traveling in the same vehicle as you.
- Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point or scenic spot on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, and you will be responsible for any accidental expenses and liabilities caused by lateness.

- Seasonal limited activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flowering periods, light-ups, fireworks displays, snow scenery sightseeing, hot spring season, festival activities, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. Therefore, please refer to the official notification. If no official notice of cancellation of the event is received, the arrangements will be made according to the original plan. If the flowering period or special event cannot meet expectations, no refund will be given.
- Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above time is for estimation only. - The operator will not inform you of the tour guide and vehicle information on the day of participation in advance. Please gather at the designated time & location. The tour guide will wear an orange vest and hold a white flag with [Easygo] on it.
