• Pick-up Service Area: We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off service for customers within Guilin City, bounded by Putuo Road to the east, Lijiang Road to the south, West 2nd Ring Road to the west, and North 2nd Ring Road to the north. If you need to be picked up or dropped off outside of these areas, additional charges will apply. The specific amount will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service team after the order is confirmed.
• Schedule: Standard departure times are around 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 2:00 PM. The tour generally ends around 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 6:00 PM, and we will take you back to your hotel. However, your needs are our top priority, and times are flexible. You can discuss the best departure time with our customer service team after booking. During peak holiday seasons, we recommend departing earlier to avoid crowds and enjoy a more comfortable trip.
• Service Duration Notice: Please note that our overall service duration is controlled to approximately 4 hours. If the service exceeds this time, an overtime fee will be charged. We will communicate and confirm the specific details with you in advance.
