No refunds will be given, please understand. -If snowy weather requires the vehicle to be fitted with snow chains, the cost will be borne by the customer and charged according to the local snow chain operator’s rates. -In the event of a typhoon or heavy rain warning issued by the Central Weather Bureau, or a national park closure, the trip can be postponed (postponement period: within one year).
