What to bring

- Please prepare warm clothing (such as coats, hats, gloves, and scarves), and you can also bring hand warmers or a thermos to keep warm. ※Please note that most businesses in Japan do not provide hot water, so it is recommended to bring your own hot drinks or prepare them at your accommodation.
- During the snow season, traffic times are more difficult to predict. Return delays may occur due to factors such as snow accumulation, road conditions, and crowded facilities. Therefore, it is not recommended for travelers to arrange inter-county travel on the same day their itinerary ends. Our company will not be held responsible for any inability to board flights or Shinkansen on the same day due to return delays.
- Vehicle space is limited. If you need to carry large luggage, please be sure to contact the supplier in advance to confirm if there is sufficient space. Please note that if not confirmed in advance, the supplier may not be able to accommodate your large luggage due to insufficient vehicle space.
- Staff will arrange according to the language needs of travelers on the day (Chinese/English/Korean/Japanese), but you cannot specify a language. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The itinerary fee includes round-trip transportation and the service of accompanying staff, but does not include admission tickets to attractions (cable cars, shuttle buses, etc.) and meals. Please pay the relevant fees directly to the staff on site.
- Ropeway fees will be collected on the day. If the Zao Ropeway is suspended due to bad weather, the ropeway ticket fee will be refunded; the tour will still proceed as scheduled, and no tour fees will be refunded for this reason.
- Please note that snowfall in the Southern Tohoku region varies slightly each year, and significant snow accumulation usually occurs around late December. The best viewing period for Zao's "Snow Monsters" (Juhyo) is from mid-January to early March each year. If you choose to join a tour before the snow season, you may still have the opportunity to enjoy the autumn foliage, but we cannot guarantee visible snow or snow monsters. We appreciate your understanding.

- How to get there: For transportation, you can exit JR Sendai Station from the "East Exit," turn left and walk straight for about 2 minutes. Alternatively, from the "West Exit," turn left, follow the signs to the "East-West Free Passage," and walk straight for about 5 minutes. The meeting point is in front of the Anpanman statue.

- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund
