Kuya Jeff arrived on time. Aside from being helpful, he was very generous sharing with us his knowledge of the place. He made sure we maximized the 4-hr van rental. He's not just a driver - he's a tour guide. And the van was very new - we had a very comfortable ride.
Time indicated in pickup is not followed. we are supposed to go by 1pm, but the van waited for other passengers for several hours. The schedule of departure is not followed.
