When I was traveling with Ryanair within Europe, I found out that it was not Brussels International Airport but Charleroi Airport. I was worried about what to do, but I was able to use this shuttle bus easily and conveniently. I don't know the price difference compared to the on-site purchase price, but I recommend reserving in advance because the on-site waiting line is quite long.
Compared to the price of the bus, the condition, the luggage unloading service, and the cleanliness inside the bus were not that good. However, it is a convenient way to get directly from downtown Brussels to Charleroi Airport.
