Good to know
- In the event that the fireworks display is canceled midway due to rain or other reasons, refunds are typically not provided.
- Heavy traffic is expected on the day of the fireworks display, and the arrival time at the drop-off point may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding.
- The supplier will do its best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a shared tour, seating is primarily on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please indicate them in the remarks, and the supplier will do its best to arrange suitable seating for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day.
- When it rains, please refrain from using umbrellas for the safety and visibility of others. We recommend bringing a raincoat.
- The event will proceed as scheduled even if it rains on the day, but it may be canceled in the event of severe weather, strong winds, or heavy fog.
- Vehicle type: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. When there are fewer people on the tour, a driver will be arranged to provide full tour service, without an additional tour leader. Please be aware that the driver-guide will mainly focus on driving, with explanations as a supplement.
- According to Japanese law, the vehicle's usage time must not exceed 10 hours, so the tour guide may adjust the itinerary based on the actual conditions of the day.
- As this is a group tour, other language-speaking guests may be traveling in the same vehicle as you.
- Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, and you will be responsible for any unexpected expenses and liabilities incurred due to lateness.
- In the event of force majeure factors such as severe weather, the park may adjust the operating hours of rides or show times, or even cancel some of the rides and performances, without prior notice.
- This product may be adjusted depending on weather and other factors. To ensure your safety, staff reserves the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and communicate with you to make alternative arrangements, depending on the actual situation on the day.
- Transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions of the day. In special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of play after obtaining the consent of the guests, without reducing the attractions in the itinerary.
- Each guest can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when placing your order. If you bring luggage without notifying us one day in advance, it may cause crowding in the car and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse you to board, and the fee will not be refunded.
- Different vehicle types will be arranged according to the actual number of people traveling, and the vehicle type cannot be specified.
- It is not possible to leave the group early or depart midway during the tour. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished portion will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group.
- Seasonal limited events (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks displays, snow scenery viewing, hot spring season, festival activities, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted accordingly, so please refer to the official announcement. If no official notice of cancellation of the event is received, arrangements will be made according to the original plan. No refunds will be given if the flowering period or special event does not meet expectations.
- Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time will be affected by traffic and weather conditions, and the above times are estimates only. Please avoid arranging other activities after the day's itinerary. The operator will not be liable for any losses caused by delays. Thank you for your understanding.
- The operator will not inform you in advance of the tour guide and vehicle information for the day of participation. Please gather at the designated time and location. The tour guide will be wearing an orange vest and holding a white "Easygo" flag.
