Experience Introduction:

Suzhou's cuisine boasts the most distinct seasonal characteristics. Green dumplings in spring and winter rice wine in winter; just a glance at the food sold in the market reveals the season. The once-a-year delicacies are especially loved and cherished.

Our host will lead a food discovery tour, designing a specific itinerary based on everyone's dietary preferences. We'll skip the stalls at the entrance to tourist attractions and those internet-famous shops, and instead, sample the most local Suzhou snacks just like the residents of Suzhou do.

We will start our exploration with a time-honored noodle restaurant. A day for Suzhou people starts with a bowl of noodles: braised pork noodles, Three Shrimp Noodles, Crab Roe Noodles, various seasonal toppings, red and white noodle soup. To be honest, if you were to describe all the knowledge about Suzhou noodle soup in words, I’m afraid three thousand words wouldn’t be enough. PS: Our package only includes ordinary noodle soup. According to personal taste, you can upgrade to “Three Shrimp Noodles”, “Crab Meat Noodles” and other noodles or toppings at your own expense on site.
