[This is an instructor-led baking experience. We also offer a self-service baking experience without an instructor.]

In this baking experience, you will learn and create two traditional Chinese pastries by hand: Hong Kong-style egg tarts and custard mooncakes. You can enjoy them immediately or take them home in provided packaging.

Instructor-Led The instructor will provide guidance in English throughout the process. Small class sizes allow for personalized attention to each participant’s pace, ensuring timely assistance in overcoming difficulties and successfully completing the baking process.
Location Located in Tsim Sha Tsui, the heart of Hong Kong, the location is easily accessible and close to other tourist attractions.

What to expect

Learn and hand-make delicious Chinese pastries, understand the history and origins of these delicacies, and further explore the stories behind these two dishes.
Enjoy the fun of baking with ease.
Full English instruction by the instructor (Chinese instruction available for private groups), small class teaching.
The experience class includes all necessary materials and equipment. You can enjoy the finished product immediately or take it home with a packaging box.

Time:

Group class: 1:30pm to 3:30pm (2 hours)
