- The car model will be arranged according to the number of applicants. If the group is less than 13 people, a driver and tour guide will be assigned. No additional tour guide will be arranged. The driver and tour guide will give a brief introduction and will not get off the car to accompany the tour. Please be aware of this!
- Each person can carry up to one piece of luggage for free. Please note it in the "Special Needs" when placing an order! If there is no note or the excess part, you need to pay 2,000 yen/piece! If you are not informed in advance and carry it temporarily, it will cause congestion in the car and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse guests to get on the car! And the fee is non-refundable!
- The operator will send an email of travel information from 17:00 to 20:00 the day before the trip, including: pick-up time, tour guide, license plate, etc. Please check your emails, they may be in the spam folder; if you receive multiple emails, please check the latest one! It is recommended that you can add the tour guide according to the account in the email!
- Because the one-day tour is a carpooling trip; please do not be late at the meeting place or scenic spot. You will not be able to get a refund after the time is up. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after being late. Please be aware of this!
- If the sightseeing vehicle is soiled or damaged due to personal reasons, according to local Japanese laws, the cleaning and repair costs will be borne by the guests in full. Please note this.
- The minimum number of participants is 10. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 4 days before the departure date.
