- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
- WiFi devices are generally in stock. In the rare case that none are available, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
- A deposit of IDR 700,000 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned

Easy to pickup and return to the Klook staff at the airport. The instruction is very easy to follow. But you have to ready your $50 for the security deposit. The portable wifi was very helpful to our trip. It help us a lot to find our trip destinations, but it didn’t work in some areas. Will surely book this portable wifi again whenever we come back to Bali.
The internet is fast and good. No problem, no matter where you are. The internet is good. The signal is clear. Regardless of the cliff, sea, hill, wherever, while a lot of people, the internet is also fast and can share many devices. Next time will definitely use the service again. Don't worry. Easy pick up as KLOOK staff are easy to locate at the waiting area. Be ready to deposit USD $50 for the device. The device comes with a pouch, a wall port and charging port. WiFi signal was strong and long battery life span despite leaving it on throughout the day. Will definitely book again. Thanks KLOOK!

Wifi rental was very cheap for our 5-day trip. It’s very convenient and helpful for navigating places we wanted to visit. Pick-up point was very easy to find unlike for drop-off, but all is well.
Easy pickup for wifi router in Bali. Worked great throughout travels on Bali with good connectivity and good battery life. Did not have any issues with battery life. Easy pickup and drop off. Would use again when in Bali
Found the WiFi connection particularly slow. Also, there is no booth where you pick up and return the device. Make sure to always stay connected and keep the contact information of Klook. Deposit is returned in cash (IDR).
The pocket wife is very decent to have as it covers most of the touristic spot across Bali. The only downside was when we explored Nusa Penida, the wifi signal seems to cut-off and we do not have access from morning to mid-afternoon. Overall, it was great to have.
