What to expect
Learn the traditional art of Tai Chi from a master in a tranquil park in the heart of Shanghai. The class begins with a gentle warm-up and progresses to graceful, flowing movements centered on balance, breath control, and inner strength.
Your Tai Chi master will explain each movement in detail throughout the class, and provide one-on-one posture corrections to ensure you master the technique.
