- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance to avoid delays in your subsequent trip. We will not contact you in advance, please arrive at the meeting point on time.
- Please note that this product is only available in Japanese.
- Please note that the Narusawa Ice Cave is only open until the end of October, and from November onwards it will be replaced by a corridor for viewing the autumn leaves of Lake Kawaguchi.
- The best time to view the autumn leaves may vary depending on weather conditions and other factors. The best time to view the red leaves is usually from late October to early November.
- If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed, the Mt. Fuji 5th Station will be changed to a walk around Lake Kawaguchi. Starting from November, the stop at Mt. Fuji 5th Station will be 75 minutes.
- Depending on weather and growing conditions, muscadine grapes may be harvested early and served on a plate for self-service consumption.
- Please note that you will only reach the 5th station of Mt. Fuji and will not climb to the summit.
- Friendly reminder: traffic jams are common on weekends and holidays, and Japanese law stipulates that bus drivers cannot work overtime, so the time spent at scenic spots will be adjusted appropriately based on the traffic conditions of the day. Please understand.
- This product does not include lunch. Eating, drinking and talking loudly on the bus are prohibited.
- The itinerary may be changed due to traffic and road conditions, and the arrival time at the return destination may be delayed.
- If your return journey is delayed and requires a taxi or accommodation, we will not provide any compensation.
- Stops may be shortened or cancelled due to weather or traffic congestion. Additionally, the stop schedule may vary depending on the number of vehicles.

- In case of national holidays or temporary closure or restricted visiting hours due to special circumstances of attractions, some attractions may be adjusted or the itinerary may end early. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- The same price applies to adults and children. Depending on the facility, children under 2 years old may be charged a fee (please pay on site).
- If the waiting time at Narusawa Ice Cave exceeds 30 minutes due to congestion, we will transfer you to Fugaku Wind Cave.
- Children under 100 cm in height and pregnant women are not allowed to enter the Narusawa Ice Cave.
- Each passenger can place one piece of luggage weighing no more than 30 kg in the trunk of the bus. Please ensure that the sum of the depth, height and width of each piece of luggage does not exceed 155 cm. Do not leave valuables in the trunk of the bus. We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to luggage stored in the trunk of the bus.
