Pre-Departure Notice

* We will contact you via the contact information you provided between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure. If you do not receive any information, please check your email. Emails may sometimes mistakenly go to the junk mail folder. During peak tourist seasons, there may be a slight delay in sending emails. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you do not receive travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance according to the meeting time and look for the JRT tour guide flag for assistance. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

* If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, you will be notified of the cancellation by email the day before departure. In the event of typhoons, heavy snow, or other extreme weather conditions, we will confirm whether to cancel by 18:00 local time the day before departure and notify you by email.

Seats and Vehicles

• This is a group tour, and seat allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requests, please note them, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement will be subject to on-site conditions.
• The type of vehicle used will depend on the number of people and cannot be specified. With fewer people, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanations may be briefer.
• If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If any damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustments and Safety

• Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles may not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour).
• The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stopover, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, and other conditions. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
• In the event of weather or force majeure causing the suspension of facilities such as ropeways or tour boats, we will change to other attractions or adjust the length of stay.
• No refunds will be given for lateness, changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. Any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group must be borne by yourself.

Season and Scenery

• In winter, if highways are closed or scenic areas have restricted access due to special circumstances, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be given.

Other Notes

• Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join midway.
• It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.

* The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Please register cautiously based on your health condition.

* After the itinerary starts, if it is forced to be terminated due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will have to bear the cost of the return trip or additional accommodation themselves.

* During peak travel periods on Japanese red days and weekends, there are often severe traffic jams or early closures of attractions. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for that evening, and to bring your own snacks and power banks.
