- During the Obon Festival in Japan from 8.10 to 8.20, you may encounter traffic jams and attractions may close early. We will reduce or shorten the itinerary according to the actual situation. We hope you can understand that the tour guide or driver will do their best to serve you. Please do not make dinner reservations, as you may not be able to catch the plane or Shinkansen on the same day.
- If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent one day before departure.
- In case of bad weather such as typhoons and blizzards, the decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made one day before departure (local time 18:00), and we will notify you by email at any time afterwards.

- If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or stay time of each attraction will be adjusted. Please inform if you know.
- If the traveler abandons the tour midway due to personal reasons, the company will not refund.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the designated time and do not be late. Since this itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the one-day tour due to your own reasons, you must bear the corresponding losses yourself. Please understand.
- This itinerary only provides Chinese or Japanese guides. If you need an English guide, please make a note when placing an order. It will be arranged according to the situation. No guarantee. If there is no note, the Chinese guide will be preset. Please note.
- If children under 3 years old need to occupy a seat, please buy a ticket, the same price as adults, and a note is required.
- Use vehicle type: dispatched according to the number of people. When a small group is out, a driver and accompanying personnel will be arranged to provide full-time travel services. No additional leader will be dispatched. Please note.
- After the trip has started, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passenger.
