Pre-Departure Notice •Please ensure the communication app you provided remains accessible during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. Vehicle and guide information for the next day’s trip will be sent to your email before 8:00 PM the day before departure. Please check your inbox (and potentially your spam folder). To ensure a smooth trip, please contact the tour guide or driver promptly. Thank you. •If the minimum group size is not met, you will be notified of the cancellation by email one day prior to departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, confirmation of cancellation will be made by 6:00 PM local time the day before departure and you will be notified by email. Seats and Vehicles •This is a group tour, and seat allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note any special requests, and we will do our best to accommodate them, but the final arrangement will be subject to on-site conditions. •The type of vehicle used depends on the number of participants and cannot be specified. With a small number of participants, the driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanation may be brief. •If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. You will be required to pay compensation according to local standards for any stains or damage caused. Itinerary Adjustments and Safety •Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. Additional costs will be incurred if this time is exceeded (ranging from ¥5,000–10,000 per hour). •The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stopover, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, or other circumstances. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. •In the event of weather or force majeure causing the suspension of facilities such as ropeways or cruises, alternative attractions will be visited or the duration of stay will be adjusted. •No refunds will be given for late arrival, temporary changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group. Seasons and Scenery •Seasonal limited events such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenes, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate. The flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be earlier or later than expected. The tour will still depart as scheduled even if the expected scenery is not reached, and no refunds will be given.

Other Information •Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join the tour midway. •It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.

• Personal travel and accident insurance are not included in the tour. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks. Please register cautiously based on your health condition.
• After the tour departs, if it is forced to be中止 due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and the passenger will be responsible for the return trip or additional accommodation costs.
• During peak travel periods on Japanese Red Days and weekends, there are often severe traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same evening, and to bring your own snacks and power bank.
