3 great nights of my life...sleeping in a spacious room because it turned out we were placed in a wheelchair-friendly room, abundant and delicious food that could be enjoyed at any time, various activities, and the friendliness of all the staff made us very comfortable...Because of Klook, we can experience all of this at a cost we can afford, and the onboard credit promo makes this holiday even more enjoyable because we now have souvenirs from Royal Caribbean Ovation of the Seas... hopefully we can have an extraordinary holiday again..thankyou klook😍
My partner’s first cruise — and my first in adulthood. As everyone warned us, we ate a lot. Most food is included, with paid options like Chops Grille and Jamie’s Italian. We chose Chops Grille, and since it was my birthday, we got 20% off. Lawrence, our waiter, surprised us with a complimentary shrimp cocktail and a cake, which was a lovely touch. The performances were fantastic, especially the musical. The story confused us a little (it’s an original production), but the sets felt almost Broadway-level. Service from the 1,500 crew across 60 countries was warm and attentive overall. The only hiccup was a manager at Jamie’s Italian who bluntly said promotions only happen when demand is low — probably true, but not something guests expect to hear so directly.
thank you for this klook! booking was seemless plus we also got a free internet for 1 device. we definitely enjoyed our 1st cruise. royal carribean is definitely the perfect 1st choice. embarkation and disembarkation are all seamless, the crew were so helpful. activities and food are overflowing. never miss the theatre shows. food whether buffet or in my time dining, all are delicious. you'll never get bored. just hope for future that they will have bidet in their restrooms :) we got a wheelchair assisted bedroom, thank you for this as i am PWD, i felt safe and comfortable since it has more space, and my wheelchair really fits the door and the cabin.
Check in was organised. However I received a notification that my check in was delayed by 90 minutes. Fortunately I ignored it and arrived as scheduled. Room was big with huge balcony. Staff super friendly. They came from all over the world. Comfortable bed and pillows. Hot strong shower. Endless activities. Lots of eating options. Well done Royal Caribbean.
Smooth custom clearance, check-in, and even leave the ship. A lot of place to visit and activities to explore. Every crew are very friendly speaking and helpful. Must try is the Sorrento’s pizza and the porridge with chicken floss. All place including stateroom are clean too.
joined the 3N4D cruise to Penang. Everything good. the ppl very friendly. Variety choice of food and very healthy. A lot activities and I enjoyed the daily night dancing party.
Amazing experience on Ovation of the Seas! Great food, fun activities, and excellent service. Definitely a memorable cruise and I would love to sail again
First time on a cruise! Impressed. Booking through Klook was convenient. Afterward, I downloaded the Royal Caribbean app to view information or book activities.
Fantastic experience Such a fun and relaxing cruise experience! Great food, friendly crew, and amazing views all around. Perfect bonding time with the family — can’t wait for the next one!
Very good room quality and service throughout the 4 nights with RC. Food options are great, excellent experience at the main dining area. Buffet is hit and miss but not complaining. Activities were adequate. Good getaway with family if you just want to think less and spend time with loved ones
