- Special Note: The volcano shuttle bus is a complimentary service and is non-refundable if it is unable to reach due to force majeure. If the Mount Aso crater is closed, an additional visit to Daikanbo or Senbazuru Park will be arranged to ensure a fulfilling journey.
- [Note for guests boarding at Kumamoto Castle] This tour bus will depart from Fukuoka and meet guests boarding in Kumamoto along the way. In the event of sudden traffic jams or other force majeure events, the bus may be delayed, so please be patient. Kumamoto Castle and its surrounding attractions are free-to-visit areas, and the tour guide will not accompany you. Be sure to return to the meeting point and rejoin the group before the bus departs from Kumamoto Castle.
