• The vehicle details are for reference only. Actual vehicles to be used depends on availability on the pick-up date

• Please input the actual number of passengers and luggages on the extra info page, otherwise the driver will refuse to pick you up if the vehicle is overloaded. No modifications can be made on the pick-up date itself and no refunds will be issued
• Please inform the driver of your health condition to ensure that you can adapt to the trip before departure, otherwise you must take full responsibility for the health problems that will surface along the way
• If you show up late or do not show up at all during pick up, no modifications will be made and no refunds will be issued
• Please do not expose your valuables and large amounts of cash in public for your safety
• Please respect local eating habits, customs, taboos, and religious traditions, and please comply with the local laws and regulations
• The related fees will increase by 10%-50% during the holidays, including Spring Festival, Ching Ming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and the like

• Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger

Surcharge table

• Child seats are a must for children ages 2-6. Child seats cost USD15/each. Please pay cash directly to the driver. Make sure to specify the required number of child seats on the Extra Info page when submtting the reservation
• Meal fee: Please pay for 2 meals (USD10 per meal) a day for your driver
• Overtime fee: The vehicle is yours for use for 10 hours. If you wish to extend, you will be charged USD25 per hour (less than 1 hour is considered 1 hour). Please pay directly to the director in cash
• Night service fee: An extra fee of USD25 per hour (less than 1 hour is considered 1 hour) will be charged for vehicle use between 22:00 and 07:00
• If an overtime hour happens to be a nighttime hour, the overtime fee charge will compound with the night service fee, which totals to USD50 per hour
• Emergency charges: If you make reservations within 24 hours pior to the pick up date, we need to request urgently for the drivers to pick up. Please contact customer service for the specified charges
• The charges caused by some uncontrollable factors such as traffic jam, bad weather, flight cancellation, or additional costs due to modifications of scheduled time
