truly recommended if you have a tight schedule and want to see Hamburg in within a couple of hours. bus is on time. and very frequent.
The bus tour was quite a good experience, and I did enjoyed the tour, as well as learnt quite a few historical and interesting facts about the city of Hamburg. However, the drivers wasn't that attentive to the needs of the passengers, and even forgotten to pass the earphones to some of the passengers.
nice tour. though had more content in german and less in other languages. and schedule was not clear. online were mentioned busses at 16.45, 17.45. on the bus stop the last bus at 15.45. bus at 16.45 didn't come.

very nice experience Good for someone new to city
enjoy the rides but disappointed with the information on being clearly stating the meet up points. especially there were 2 operators of the bus tour and happened approched the other operators who were not very helpful. we did meet the right bus tour operators but led us to cross over the side of the road for engish guide but end up the bus just drove passed us. in the end we got to wait for nearly 45mins and cross back to the same point taking the german speaking guide.
I tried to book on the day I arrived in Hamburg, thinking it is available because it is offered in the app. Just to find out that no trips for the month of February 2022. I ended up spending again for a new package with another operator.
Time interval was a bit long between stops. If you get off the bus itll consume a lot of your time to wait to get ob again.
